Reformat computer?

My laptop that just bought not long ago had a system crash, so i want to reformat it. But if i reformat the computer, do i still have my programs like microsoft window media center edition, lightscribe, window movie maker and window digital media enhancement that originally came with when i open my laptop for the first time? Because i had never reformat my computer before. I do not have the window media center edition installation cd or any other CD because the HP had already installed for me in the first place...
