What would you have done?

ok, so this morning im at the grocery store getting ready to leave and i see this man walk straight out of the door with a case of beer. i look around to see if anyone else thought this was weird, but nobody seemed to notice. the place is getting kinda busy so i couldn't necessarily tell a clerk who was free. i thought about finding a manger but ended up leaving. i watch this guy walk several blocks away scotch free. Should i feel guilty for not saying anything?
