A yoga question?

Many of those in ancient India who invented and propagated Hathayoga were very spiritual monks who were 100% lactovegetarians.They ate very small meals and were smart in controlling their meal portions.Try combining other forms of exercise such as pilates, dance,spinning and crosstraining to make your workout adventorous and fun.That way, not only you will stay motivated to continue exercising, but also see faster and better results.
