Gears of war 3 beta help!?

I just got it today. I played a little bit this afternoon and it worked just fine. Than later i play and it says no suitable matches found, both on public and ranked team deathmatch lists. After a while it puts me in a game with ALL bots.. When i finish the game it updates my stats online, but It won't put me in a game with players anymore!? Whats going on?!?
