So it sounds like you're the digital development and execution guy for a marketing function. It will have to depend on the number of years you've been aculating experience doing this sort of thing. If this is your first year, I'd say a fair salary is 50K-70K depending on the size of your company. If this is your second through fourth year, perhaps 65K-85K would be fair. If this is your fifth year or more in a similar role, you should be expecting no less than 90K-120K. Hope that gives some perspective.
