My Teen Vogue order still hasn't come in 3 MONTHS!!!?

I ordered it 3 months ago. It was the 12 for $10 or the 10 for $10 dollars with a black and white checkered bag. I clicked the SUBMIT order on twice. I haven't gotten any emails from Ten Vogue. And the 1st issue I was supposed to get had Emma Watson, or Hermione on the cover. I haven't gotten anything. NOTHING!!! I don't like Teen Vogue, but is there anything you can tell me about what happened and if this has happened to you?
