Infiniti G37 sedan vs. BMW 328i sedan?

I know the value is definitely on the side of the G37. Looks I think are comparable. g37 w/ navi is 39k, 328 w/o navi is 38k. g37 has more hp. both have similar mpg. anything else i need to take into consideration?
