Fear of aliens/being abducted - it's keeping me up at night!?

I don't think there's such things as aliens, but it's very possible that there could be aliens out there, i mean, scientists found traces of water on mars, that's a definite sign that of life there, maybe not now, but a long time ago maybe. But there are no green aliens out there that are gonna be smart enough to build a ufo and abduct people and stuff like that. They would probably just be little slimy single-cell things, or probably another plant that lives on another planet. Just remember that God created everything, and he wouldn't created anything like an alien that you see in the movies that would scare you and hurt you.
