Are the Indianapolis Colts by far the LAMEST (Overly Conservative) team in NFL?

I like to equate them to the spurs in basketball. Exciting in little doses, overall characterized as boring...WIN a LOT! ...so boring, maybe. But if you're a Colts fan I'd take that over sub .500 seasons year after year with an "exciting" player or 2 thrown in the mix
