Am I beeing to nice? or a dumba**?

Im 22 yrs old..when I was 17 I bought my 1st car it was a 95 mustang gt I worked and saved my money to buy it and make it look nice when I turned 19 I gave it to my brother who started high school, because I didnt want him to not have a car to drive to school like me! when I gave him the car I bought a 97 camaro z28 I moved to louisiana and let my camaro back at my parents house cuz now I own a 2004 chevy diesel truck ..any ways so I told my bro to sell the mustang and give me what ever he gets for it and he can have the camaro well he sold the car for $4,000 but in reality my camaro is worthabout $8,000 but im doing it to you know be nice to my bro! any way he called me and told me he had the camaro at a shop and they were puting a turbo kit on it that he had bought with the 4000 he was suposed to give to me ..he sounded so exited and told me he got a job and ws gona pay me back little by little which I know he aint!! is he getting everything to easy? am I to nice? or dumb?
