Website design questions?

your links didn't work for me, but were in the same situation! for web i did Dw, and im in flash right now its the hardest thing so far. i know what i want but cant get iT done for the last week we had a sub who "doesn't do web" a good flash site is thewhiterabbit.com its a restaurant in singapore.
