Allergic to Macrolides--what can the Dr. prescribe?

I know the Dr. Should know but they all get puzzled because I am allergic to everything it seems. I was diagnosed with walking pneumonia. He started me on an inhaler--we are giving that 2 days, and mucinex dm. I am very allergic to Erythromicin--it enlarged my liver when I was 8. Allergic to pennicillin, amoxil, doxy, tetra and levoquin. He was wanting me to take a Z-pack but I see mixed reviews on this with my allergies. HELP! I go back tomorrow and I know he is going to want to put me on something. I know he is the Doctor but I have to take charge of my health and make sure I am not gonna die from the stupid antibiotic.
