SAMSUNG GLYDE OWNERS ONLY. DO YOU EXPERIENCE THIS TO?

My Samsung Glyde is horrible. At first it was great and i have NEVER dropped it so there is not a scratch on it. The touch screen messes up almost every ten minutes and if i press menu it will press a whole nother thing by itself and then i end up on things like the internet (which is NOT free) or the VZ navigator. The touch screen doesnt press the right ons and if i were to press send on the touch screen after using the keyboard it will ppress options and REFUSE to press send so i have to shut off my entire phone. And also when i am typing fast as usual it will switch lines like if i had three lines and typing it will skip up to the first line and continue typing. Do you experience this too
