Section 8/subsidized housing question!?

Im 17 ill be 18 august 25, im pregnant and my due date is august 1st. I work full time for $8 an hour and i need to move out. ( my house is not a good environment for me and my baby) Will i be able to qualify for anything? How do I apply. Can I apply now even though Im not 18? HELP
