Voldemort's Patronous?

Has Rowling talked about what Voldemort's patronous would be? I mean, is he even affected by dementors? I'm just curious if she said something about it in an interview or something. Also, I wonder what jobs Harry and the gang persued when they got older. I'd like to think S.P.E.W. became huge!
