I have a pain in left abdomen and left lower back appendix out 25 yrs. ago had this over a week...?

it almost feels like I'm ovulating.but had a total hysterectomy 4 yrs ago. pain on lower left stomach, and lower left back..went to dr and had a pee test.came back negative for infection. had this over a week. any clues?
